Hanging weight is the weight of the animal after it has been harvested and before it is cut and wrapped. This is the standard way we price our half and full beef shares. Our price advertised is always cut and wrapped included

We do sell both , but for website purposes we only offer full and half beef online

Even though market cattle prices are currently record high , we are able to keep our prices stable and competitive because we are fully vertically integrated.

We raise a unique herd of Black and Red Angus cattle that we have carefully developed and refined over the past 40 years through selective breeding.

Our herd selection focuses on:

• Strong ribeye score (REA)

• Excellent marbling

• Ideal carcass size
